We prepare state tax returns for most states; plus federal tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, small exempt organizations and small estates; we amend or fix tax returns if the situation warrants; we can file prior years if those returns were not filed. We encourage electronic filing and do  not charge extra if we have prepared your return. Most returns are  eligible for e-filing, this is an added safeguard of your return  preventing potential delays, inaccurate information and frustration - plus speeds the processing for your refund!  Pricing varies with complexity of the return but we stay on the low side of the established market.  

We are not just a Tax Preparation business.  We also provide full accounting services including payroll with all the associated reports to state and local governments;  bookkeeping on a monthly, quarterly basis, or as needed; records clean up services (is that "off-the-shelf-accounting-program-software-for-the-small business-that-anyone-can-use" giving you the blues?). We charge on a reasonable low hourly basis but can move to an established price when a relationship is developed.  This gives you the flexibility to do some of it yourself to reduce costs or turn it all over to us.  We are here to support your business, not control it.
